Fiqh فِقْه
Comes from the triliteral verbal root fa-qi-ha فَقِهَ which means ‘to understand‘, ‘to comprehend‘, ‘to have legal knowledge‘. It is a noun meaning ‘understanding‘, ‘comprehension‘ and in Islamic Law refers to the science of Jurisprudence.
Faqih فقيه (plural: Fuqaha فقهاء)
Comes from the same root as Fiqh and is a noun referring to a practioner and expert in Islamic Jurisprudence.
